Our in-house technical department supports clients throughout design and manufacturing of dies, and suggests the most suitable equipment, pointing out how to optimise the production process.
It is a department equipped with the most modern software for machining, thanks to which a study of a basic idea can be taken through to the creation of 3D models.

This department has equipment for making dies using high-speed, high precision machines able to make equipment for manufacturing and carry out maintenance on dies.
Dies are a necessary pre-requisite for obtaining quality items, and so we see to manufacturing the same using sophisticated technologies and the finest materials.

Our moulding department is divided into thermoplastics and thermosetting and is made up of a line with 21 latest generation moulding machines with a maximum tonnage of 350 ton, all fitted with automation and robotics.
We handled dozens of thermoplastic materials, such as: Abs, Nylon 6 and Nylon 6.6 with Fv, Grivory, Ryton, Xtel, Ixef, Polycarbonate, Acetalic, Pbt, Polycarbonate.
We have machinery and technology for large-scale production as well as qualified personnel for medium and small-scale production of technical moulded items, done semi-automatically with metal inserts.
